With over 10 years in the financial sector, Jakub has experience founding, leading, advising, growing and transitioning companies across a multitude of industries in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Throughout his carreer, Jakub supported companies in raising and transacting over EUR 3bn in capital from long-only and hedge funds, infrastructure funds, or private investors across EU, the UK and the US. 

He is currently a Group CFO of BOX NOW, a leading out-of-home delivery provider active across the Southeast Europe where he represents interests of the majority shareholder - EMMA Capital. Prior, Jakub held various roles across investment banking industry, including mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, and strategic financings of cross-border transactions. 

Jakub holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Masaryk University in Brno. He is a member of the Prague Finance Institute, an avid reader and long-time subscriber of the Financial Times, and a proud husband & dad.
